Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Jorvek handles information connected to website visits, business inquiries, AI-enabled services, client communications, and support.
Effective date: May 25, 2026. Jorvek LLC, referred to here as Jorvek, we, us, or our, provides AI lead capture and response systems, lead-capture websites, AI front desk systems, managed growth systems, training, and custom work. This policy describes our privacy practices without exposing non-public technical, operational, security, or internal implementation details.
If a signed customer agreement, statement of work or SOW, BAA, DPA, or other negotiated written agreement conflicts with public website terms or policy language, that written agreement controls for the covered client relationship or engagement.
Information we collect
This policy applies to website visits, forms, inquiries, scheduling, calls, emails, demos, chat and voice interactions, support, client services, billing, marketing, offline communications, and other business interactions with Jorvek.
Jorvek may collect identifiers and business relationship information such as name, company, role, email address, phone number, business details, project requirements, scheduling details, billing or payment-related information, and the content of communications you send to us.
We may collect communications and service information, including calls, audio, voice interactions, chats, messages, transcripts, summaries, notes, documents, client-provided materials, customer data provided by or for a client, support history, workflow details, and service records.
We may collect device and usage information associated with website visits and communications, including browser and device details, approximate location derived from network data, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, form metadata, and similar operational records.
Our privacy roles
For Jorvek's own website, sales, support, billing, marketing, legal, and operations data, Jorvek generally acts as the business/controller responsible for deciding why and how that information is used.
For client-controlled data processed as part of a client engagement, Jorvek may act as a processor, service provider, contractor, or similar role under a written agreement, SOW, DPA, BAA, or other approved engagement terms.
If a signed agreement assigns different privacy roles, instructions, rights handling, retention, security, or deletion obligations for client-controlled data, that signed agreement controls for the covered relationship.
Categories, sources, and purposes
Sources may include direct submissions, callers, meeting participants, website visitors, clients, authorized business systems, public or business sources, service providers, contractors, and automatic website or communications interactions.
We use information for inquiries, qualification, scheduling, scoping, service delivery, AI-enabled configuration and support, payments, communications, lawful marketing, records, troubleshooting, reliability, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, enforcement, claims defense, and ordinary business operations.
We may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information for analytics, service improvement, internal benchmarking, review, and business planning. We do not use confidential client materials to publicly identify a client without permission.
AI-enabled services and client materials
Jorvek provides AI-enabled consulting, automation, voice, workflow, training, website foundation, and AI operations services. Depending on the engagement, clients may provide business materials, instructions, recordings, transcripts, documents, policies, customer examples, workflows, or other content for configuration, testing, support, or improvement of a client-specific solution.
AI-enabled processing may involve communications, recordings, transcripts, instructions, client materials, workflow data, troubleshooting records, support requests, security signals, and service-delivery context. We describe this at a category level and do not publish non-public tools, configuration, routing, or implementation details.
Client materials are used to provide and support the applicable service, improve reliability, evaluate outputs, troubleshoot issues, document requirements, maintain appropriate business records, and follow client instructions. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed to share any materials, personal information, recordings, or customer data with Jorvek.
Recordings, transcripts, and service records
Calls, meetings, demos, voice-agent sessions, chats, messages, and support interactions may create recordings, transcripts, summaries, notes, or related records where permitted by law and appropriate for the interaction.
Recordings, transcripts, chat logs, summaries, client deployments, troubleshooting records, and support records may be used to provide services, review quality, investigate issues, improve reliability, maintain records, support security, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
Clients are responsible for providing required notices, permissions, and consents for their own customers, employees, callers, users, or other participants before asking Jorvek to process recordings, transcripts, or similar communications data.
Cookies, analytics, and website usage
The website may use cookies, local storage, analytics, logs, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, protect against misuse, and support ordinary business communications.
Some privacy laws treat certain advertising, analytics, retargeting, lead matching, session replay, or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies as sale, share, targeted advertising, or profiling. Jorvek will review these technologies before using or materially changing them and will update this policy or provide opt-out mechanisms where required.
Sharing and recipient categories
We may share information with contractors, service providers, professional advisers, payment providers, communications providers, hosting providers, security providers, analytics providers, client-designated systems, and other operational partners who help us run the website, communicate, deliver services, process payments, maintain records, or protect the business.
We may disclose information to authorities, courts, regulators, counterparties, transaction parties, professional advisers, or other recipients where needed for law, subpoena, court order, legal process, government request, contract enforcement, debt collection, fraud prevention, security response, business transfer, rights protection, safety, or claims defense.
Sensitive information
Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for an authorized business purpose and you have the rights, permissions, notices, consents, or lawful basis needed to provide it.
Sensitive personal information may include information about health, biometrics, precise location, government identifiers, financial account information, children or minors, race or ethnicity, religion, union membership, sex life, sexual orientation, citizenship or immigration status, or similar protected categories.
Jorvek does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics unless separately disclosed, legally permitted, and appropriate for the approved business purpose.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including inquiries, leads, client records, service records, recordings, transcripts, billing, tax, accounting, security logs, legal compliance, dispute resolution, claims defense, enforcement, and legitimate business needs.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information, service relationship, client instructions, legal requirements, contractual obligations, backup cycles, dispute needs, and whether information has been aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized.
We may retain limited records after a deletion request where permitted or required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, contract, or business continuity reasons.
Your choices and privacy rights
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, network, AI system, transmission, storage method, or business process can be guaranteed to be completely secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or immune from unauthorized access.
Depending on where you live and how you interact with Jorvek, you may have rights to access, know, request correction, delete, obtain a copy, request portability, opt out, limit sensitive information use, object, restrict processing, appeal a decision, and receive nondiscrimination for exercising privacy rights.
We may need to verify your identity, authority, location, relationship to the data, or authorized agent status before acting on a request. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, contract, accounting, dispute, claims defense, free expression, internal uses, or other lawful denial or retention grounds.
Privacy requests may be sent to the contact channels listed on this page. If an appeal right applies and we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or contacting us with appeal in the subject line.

Third-party platforms and client systems
Jorvek does not control third-party platforms, client systems, external services, or websites that are not operated by Jorvek. Their privacy practices, settings, notices, permissions, retention, and security are governed by their own terms and policies.
When a client directs Jorvek to connect with or send information to a client-designated system, platform, integration, account, or external service, the client is responsible for the permissions, instructions, configuration, and downstream use of that system unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
